What is the returns policy?

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.

However, if you change your mind, we have a 14 day return policy (from the date of purchase) - provided that the products remain in their unopened and original condition

Are your perfumes authentic?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering only 100% authentic fragrances sourced directly from authorised distributors and manufacturers.

Can I return a perfume if I don't like it?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for perfumes that have been opened or used. However, if your perfume arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Do you offer samples of your perfumes? 

At this time, we do not offer samples of our perfumes. However, we do have a generous return policy for unopened and unused products.

Can I return a perfume purchased online to a physical store location?

 No, unfortunately, perfumes purchased online cannot be returned to our physical store locations. Online orders must be returned through our online return process. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, we only ship within the UK. While we don't offer international shipping at the moment, we're  working towards making it available in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to expand our shipping services.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

We aim to deliver your parcels within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

When will my order be shipped out?

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped out the next working day after they are placed.

Are there any exceptions to the delivery timeframe?

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and up-to-date.
